Sun Shields Materials
The Corvette is not a generic car, so a generic sunshield cover will not precisely fit the corvette's windshield contours. This is why we have developed a new layer of high-density foam that has exceptional insulation properties; this layer is then sandwiched between two laminated layers of Mylar. The out Mylar layer is coated with an aluminized coating that reflects all UV rays. The inside layer consists of plain Mylar that adds rigidity and shields the middle foam layer. These three layers then assemble to give your Corvette the absolute best heat and UV reflection there is because not only do we use the highest quality of materials, our custom-made sunshield covers every inch of your windshield.
